The construction industry resolves around a wide range of personalities at every moment and each decision that occurs will usually have effects at various levels and magnitudes of a process. At Kakitech Builders, we encourage our team of employees to have belief in upholding principles that ensure both short and long term expectations as well as consequences of a process are aligned to humanitarian moral benefit.

We explain to employees the benefit of belief by patience and understanding that life is a longer journey. For the external personalities we get associated with, we portray our usual character in the hope we aspire when needed to.

Ethical standards

Beyond common practice, we find need to always remember self, authoritative, and State predefined practices that are concerned to our work experience engaged in construction. These support a conducive workplace and improvise guidelines and a baseline for varying moments and situations.

The future of a company is based on the level of capacity the company was able to produce in its each passed lifetime, its current and its projected capability.

Kakitech Builders & Renovators takes gratitude that it operates on works sites, daily, across the calendar year.

Since 1995, we have gained a wide range of experience in building construction, with our hands-on culture of operating, our project execution is driven by an objective to complete a client's project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard, client satisfaction and own exaltation to a project.

A usual Kakitech Builders project starts with architectural planning then project execution planning schedule, and once mutual grounds are established, mobilization and execution of works begin.

We focus to use the most efficient materials on both the local and international markets especially based on the project defined schedules. Please below are most of the major contracts we have worked upon.
